Our client, a national firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Product Liability practice.
Schedule: Hybrid 2/3, with options to work from our Los Angeles or San Diego office.
Billable Hours: 1,900 hours (Open to a reduced billable hour arrangement)
Responsibilities:
- Represent national and international manufacturers in high-stakes product liability cases and mass tort disputes
- Collaborate with a top-tier team of attorneys representing prominent companies across various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer brands
- Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, hearings, and trial preparation
- Have direct communication and interaction with clients
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of complex product liability litigation experience
- They don’t want anyone coming from a plaintiff firm
- Admission to the California Bar is required
